4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both monthly subscription plans and one-time investment packages. All pricing is clearly displayed on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. One-time payments are processed immediately upon purchase.

4.3 Profit Sharing

Certain plans include a profit-sharing agreement. The percentage is clearly stated in your chosen plan. Revenue calculations are provided monthly, and profit-sharing payments are processed within 30 days.

4.4 Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: Refundable within 7 days of initial purchase.
One-time investments: Refundable within 14 days if no services have been delivered.
UK company formation fees (€250): Non-refundable once the incorporation process has started.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Nexa Foundry Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content generated by our AI for your business remains your property. You retain all rights to websites, copy, images, and materials created specifically for your business.

7. AI Services and Limitations

Our AI services are provided "as is" and we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability. However:

• AI-generated content may require human review
• Market analysis predictions are estimates, not guarantees
• Business success depends on multiple factors beyond our control
• You are responsible for compliance with your industry regulations

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including:

• Payment processors (Stripe, Revolut, Wise)
• Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Cloud hosting providers

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa Foundry Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You remain responsible for all outstanding payments
• We will provide 30 days to export your data
• Profit-sharing agreements remain valid for completed periods

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
