Monthly Subscription Plans

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • First-time subscribers within 7 days
  • No services have been delivered or used extensively
  • Requested via email to support@nexafoundry.ai

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No refund for the current billing cycle
  • No automatic renewal charges
  • 30 days to export your data

One-Time Investment Plans

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For one-time investment packages (€2,000 - €25,000), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Within 14 days of purchase
  • Before significant services have been delivered
  • Before UK company formation process starts
  • Before website goes live or ads are activated

Partial Refund (Prorated):

  • If website has been generated and deployed
  • If advertising campaigns have been launched
  • If AI services have been extensively used
  • Deduction based on services delivered

UK Company Formation (€250)

⚠️ Non-Refundable After Process Starts

The €250 UK company formation fee is non-refundable once:

  • Company House registration has been initiated
  • Legal documents have been prepared
  • Business banking application has been submitted
  • 24 hours have passed since authorization

Full refund available: Only if requested before the incorporation process begins (typically within 24 hours of purchase).

Nexa Ads Credits & Ad Spend

Advertising spend and Nexa Ads credits have special refund conditions:

Unused Credits

  • Unused Nexa Ads credits can be refunded within 30 days
  • Must not have been applied to active campaigns
  • 5% processing fee applies

Ad Spend

  • Ad spend to platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) is non-refundable
  • Campaigns can be paused or canceled at any time
  • Remaining budget stays in your Nexa Ads account

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Custom development work (if requested and delivered)
  • Third-party service fees (domain registration, SSL certificates)
  • Transaction fees and payment processing costs
  • Services rendered over 30 days ago
  • Profit-sharing proceeds already distributed

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@nexafoundry.ai
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Stripe/Revolut/Wise: 3-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days (international)
  • Currency: Refunded in original payment currency

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe your case warrants special consideration:

  • Provide detailed explanation of your situation
  • We will review on a case-by-case basis
  • Decisions are at management's discretion

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our support team:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All services will be terminated
  • We may pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
  • You will be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
